I'm not sure why we went with Marshall. Game over

Should have been Heuer...

ballgame obviously

We've led for most of this series and will be 1-2.

Hey we can win games someday if there are not any 2 run errors comitted. Thats the good news.

Wow.  2 losses in the 8th in the first 3 games.  So much for bullpen mojo.

Hendriks, Crochet, Heuer, Kopech, Bummer....and then Marshall

Foster should be ahead of Marshall as well.

Well at least those runs we left on 2nd, 3rd and nobody out didn't matter.

Same with the runs caused by Roberts head. Those don't matter either.

Did Jed Hoyer/Epstein suddenly become Cardinals’ GM?

I’m still not sure why you don’t got Bummer & then Hendriks in a one run game unless Liam isn’t available tonight.

So we still suck.

Making Hendriks go 36 pitches yesterday certainly didn’t help matters...

Why in the world would you throw an inside change up to a righty hitter?  Tony should probably see that Marshall isn’t strong vs righties.

Exactly what I said.  Frustrating.

Whoops. Haha. Fixed

Eh one bad pitch really fucked Marshall there. You can argue that he shouldn't be pitching in that spot, but I feel like Heuer and Bummer matchup poorly against Trout given they both live low in the zone.

I’d feel better if we were down just one, but hopefully these guys came ready to battle tonight

So does Marshall though

He definitely just missed his spot. Walsh knew that was coming.
