@Jack ParkmanI got to say that you were one of the only people who didn't give up on Giolito and repeatedly said the ace was still in there. The guy proves you right over an extended period of time an

And now Cease has lost his command.

I love that he came back from 3-0 there

Wow!

Sorry if I spoiled the bears trading Fields for Rodgers

Cease is feeling that Kopech HEAT on his neck. LOVE.

1-2-3 inning after the Sox put up 4 immediately prior is *exactly* what the Dr. ordered.

Cease has been absolute nails so far... Might have to move Gio down to #5 if he keeps this up @Jack Parkman

Who is wearing #84 on the mound?!

We should have kept Dunning!

Agreed, with the caveat that the Tigers offense is atrocious. But still, seeing Cease performing well is encouraging

And Cease is basically thru 5 innings at this rate, just 4 more to go

Nice to see Cease not nibble

It's Detroit, give it a rest. They're an AAA team and the Sox already lost one game to them.

Nobody would be hitting his breaking stuff tonight. He's throwing filthy curveballs and sliders for strikes.

Bruh, nobody would be hitting him very well tonight.

After his last start he said something like he knew what he had to do going forward. I guess he's doing it.

Yaz really let a 3-1 fastball right down the middle go by. If you're zone hitting on 3-1, how do you not take middle/middle into account?
