Cheers to Stone being more pro Moncada recently. ;)

Nice bounce back series so far.  Moncada is awesome.

Shoutout to Liam Hendricks for pulling an Orlando Hernandez in the ninth inning!

Could have folded after the disaster series in New York just like they did in 2016 after Texas, but nope.  This team (and coaching staff :) )has TWTW.

The 2016 team didn’t fold, they were just not very good.

Before Edman fouled off 8 pitches, he nearly had an immaculate inning.

Jesus, can you cool it for like 5 seconds and allow space in your brain for the fact that other people can have different views on things?  2016 team started off 23-10 and then blew an 8 run lead to send their season into a spiral they never recovered from.  That is the comparison I was drawing.  Its not a courtroom, its a message board.

They blew a 5 run lead in the 8th inning against Texas and then proceeded to go 10-26 after starting the year 23-10.

They weren't very good. They weren't 10-26 levels of bad though.

The bullpen completely blew up after that game. I still blame Robin Ventura for trying to get by with Scott Carroll in that 8th inning instead of using a better reliever. Especially since he had to go to Matt Albers eventually anyways.

The 2016 team was all smoke and mirrors, to pin a bad season on a single game is not really all that useful.

Yeah I remember thinking how the hell we were 13 games over .500 that year. The bullpen was nails until the Texas game and Mat Latos was somehow getting it done in April while barely throwing 90. There's a reason why we tore the team down after that season, outside of the core of Sale, Q, Abreu, and Eaton it was just a bunch of random veterans who played above expectations in April and then came crashing down to earth.

Nice win and hopefully a confidence booster for Hendriks with 3 k's to end it.

Sometimes you just gotta let the other team beat themselves.

Sox going for the sweep tomorrow and are a solid -185 favorite with Rodon on the bump.

Keep it rolling!

Yes, and for the most part Chicago has taken advantage of extra outs and sloppy play while largely avoiding it themselves.

That team was all smoke and mirrors. Had a nice SSS run at the beginning, but when it turned it was obvious they were not a serious contender, but then they decided to make that one trade... don’t even hardly remember who was in that one.  Anyway, great win tonight. Excited Engel homered in AAA.

Suck it Twins!!!

Nice Win, but it's only May.

What's the old cliche?  Flaherty will get you nowhere.  Yeah, that's it.  Gotta start sorting out the bullpen, bringing in some new arms.  Some of these guys have MLB stuff but aren't ready to pitch up here.  They have options galore.  TA, whom I congratulated last night for going oppo to bust out of a slump was back to pulling outside pitches and grounding out to the left side.  Listen to us for once, Timmy.

Nice win, glad to see Hendriks do what he was paid to do. Joe West is still a clown.

Felt good to be back at a game. Not much better than a no doubt home run by Abreu

Nice win and 2 straight wins against a really good opponent is big after that Yankees series that could have just as easily been 2 out of 3 for the Sox (vs. a Yankee sweep).  Gio has been pretty good last couple games.

Jose quietly 2nd in baseball with 39 RBIs

cards handed us that one- thanks we will take it
