That's a terrible waste of resources. They are already consigning Crochet to the bullpen. His development into a starter with 160+ innings in 2022 far more important than fretting about 3-4 + run leads in relatively meaningless July games.

For as good as Kopech seems, can’t trust a man with a man bun.  I feel like Eminem is gonna roast Kopech any day now aka machine gun Kelly 2.0.  Similar to Eddie Goldman this softie sat out a year after his girl cheated on him cuz he’s not real enough.  Trade him ASAP and let crotchet and Kelley take his spot
