This is it exactly. When things are not going perfect for them, their body language is just awful and they look very defeated - especially Moncada. I will say though, that Abreu busts his ass most of the time. The other two do not. 

Then add in some of the worst plate discipline I have ever seen of late from a team. Let a meatball fastball go by down the middle, and then swipe haplessly at out of the zone cutters and sliders.
