Anyone here actually watching the game? Other than  the double, Dallas was pitching well.    jesus this board sometimes

So with a Sunday lineup today do we get a Sunday lineup on Sunday as well?

Maybe both Eloy and Moncada off tomorrow haha

Not the Devil Rays any more Beckham...

Late to the party but damn does that lineup suck.

Of course Cesar comes here and loses his power lol

We seem to have a disproportionately large number of guys making outs after being 3-0.

TA needing regular maintenance days is fine, but it makes adding someone that can be a decent SS pretty important this off-season

I feel like they replaced Leury Garcia at 2nd with Leury Garcia

Yeah this guy needs to hit 9th when we are at full strength.

Sox aren't competing head to head record-wise with Toronto for anything.  Punting against the Rays makes zero sense.

Goodwin down when Engel returns and Sheets up hopefully.

The turf excuse doesn't fly with for Anderson. He rarely even touches it during the game

Beckham confirming playing on the turf is tough on the legs, but how the hell would he know?

Great uniforms by Tampa. Always thought the Devil Rays logo and branding were super cool and way better than the Rays.

He had a day off on Thursday.  I get what you are saying but the timing of today is just odd.

The infield dirt is laid over the same concrete surface as the turf, so I imagine it's also harder on the legs than a true dirt infield.

If the Sox medical staff decided TA needed a day off after last night, I don't see what the big deal is. We're going to say they're wrong?

Goodwin is out of options.  He or Lamb would have to be cut.

Do the Yankees and Red Sox rest their players all the time given they play in Tampa and Toronto three times as much as us every year?

Rookie needs to wait for the ump.

How can you possibly think a team's medical staff could possibly know better or have more information than fans on a message board lol?

Nice to see Sox pitchers getting a 50/50 pitch like that. Keuchel needs the low strike to be effective.

Yes, this is by far the most logical scenario. There’s probably something we don’t know publicly. They’re not going to just keep giving TA off days and bypassing off days for others for funzies.

Mendick wearing concrete shoes.

Hahn went in-depth talking to James Fegan about how they monitor players workloads to prevent injury. Some of what they do has been updated in-season as a reaction to all of the position player injuries we've seen this year.

If the Sox medical staff said TA is fatigued and at an increased injury risk if he were in the lineup today, would people on here seriously want him to play?
