There's never an egg timer around when you need one.  

Lucas throwing quite a few terrible pitches right now, changeups with way too much of the zone, etc.

If Gio gets pulled this inning, that means more runs will have scored and there will likely be other runners on base. I would think you'd want to bring in someone good like Bummer or Crochet and then figure it out again once there's a clean inning.
