  • Tigers are probably the better team right now, and their Manager is definitely better.  Fry in there late with game on the line is nuts.

They are currently doing mass Rock/Paper/Scissors to see who wakes up Tony.

Problem #1, listening to the Score.

Grandpa thinks that he can declare tomorrow the playoffs and magically they will just start winning like they are the 27 Yankees.  He also thinks he can win games today with the C team lineup and AA pitchers throwing as well.  His own ego is part of the issue.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the Sox get swept by Cleveland as well.

Especially when most people think there's no way they get the game in tomorrow. This shit is baffling.

Honestly it was more fun watching the Royals yesterday than it’s been watching the Sox the last ten days.

It does seem an awfully lot like 06. We might even end up with the same number of wins.

This game is 100% on the offense not the bullpen or the manager, same as last night and same as Saturday.

You can blame LaRussa all you want but they are not hitting and are having shit at bats and have done so since what feels like the end of May when they led the league in run differential.  Remember those days.

Possible, shades of last year at the end.

Today was a C team lineup?

He tried to get two innings from Jace Fry with a rested bullpen. Lots of blame to go around

TLR might want to hand it off to Cairo though.  Who knows.

As one of La Russa’s peers once said

Sure, but when you're the manager and you know your offense can't score, you don't throw your 2nd to last bullpen arm out there in a tie game for 2 innings hoping he keeps it tied.

Not today.  But he has trotted out some beauts in the last month.

Don’t forget he was apparently playing for one run in the 6th when he was planning on using the bad part of the bullpen.

Heyyyy a manager who likes to double steal.

0 focus on this team, so infuriating

I absolutely hate watching Bummer pitch.

No logical consistency allowed. That's too newschool.

Ha what a freaking joke

Well if it wasn't over before, it is now.

I believe White Sox are the only playoff team with a winning record that is under .500 on the road. But according to La Russa home field advantage doesn't matter.....

Turning this one off. See y'all in Cleveland. Sigh...

If I was an Astros fan I would be very very happy right now

This team is going to get smoked in playoffs
