His strikeout rate is lower than the big league average, too. He checks so many boxes you'd look for in a very good hitter.

He went pro am to MLB in about a year, after 2 Achilles blow outs.  It's nuts.

So Jose nearly got killed and they called it a no play. Then the guy homers. Ugh.
