Man the amount of energy people are wasting on being hurt about what the announcers were saying is surprising even for Soxtalk.

Well, this is the last postseason they get to use the inexperienced card, regardless of the outcome.  All things considered, it makes you appreciate 2005 even more.

The Astros have the deeper lineup, and have already gone through everything any team can possibly face the last decade.

The approach by most of the hitters has been decent. They have actually been good about laying off the breaking balls out of the zone. They just haven't been able to get good swings on the pitches inside the zone.

Lynn has to hold them here to have a chance.

Dusty and TLR might be the only 2 managers in the game that wouldn't have Tucker or Robet batting in their teams respective top 4 lineup spots

Is that another awful Lynn sinker

Jake Myers ALDS MVP, apparently

This ump is terrible.

Yeah, even worse when your guy isn't hitting spots. Strikes shouldn't be subjective. Sheesh

Lance Lynn getting owned by Jake Meyers. Definitely didn't see that coming.

This isn't very surprising.  Wish it wasn't the case.  I really hope Tony quits after the season.

16 of them so far without a single whiff

Time to take dogass Lynn out of this one.

Well that and you know, the 2005 team was better than this one...

His sinker is the worst of his 3 fastballs.

.125 career postseason batting average, .600 OPS with awful defense

Why I don't hate the idea of trading Vaughn.

Not at 60-75 cents on the dollar. We already got underpaid on Madrigal and Heuer.

Def stealing at some point

Cmon, get a DP

Lynn getting hit hard this inning.

That's the way I feel.  This is not a seasoned post season team.

Some of these baseballs would have been gone in Chicago

Neither was Houston when they won the world series in 17. But they probably had some extra help.

Depends what we get for Kimbrel

Lynn is done.

Ball, ball, ball, ball. Lynn giving his balls to the Astros

They are hitting ropes of Lynn
