In fairness he was struggling before the banner went up, it's one of the reasons I went with this one, I figured if he already looked like shit at the plate we could avoid blaming the banner.

August 11, 20223 yr I think I have the definitive answer for the banner. The Sox traded away Nick Madrigal, a singles hitter who gets injured a lot. Since then, the entire team has become singles hitters who get injured a lot. Need to put Madrigal on the banner to reverse the curse.
