This offense looks so helpless against any RHP with a pulse

Unfortunately no one could have seen this weakness coming and Hahn is free of all blame for not adding a LHH.

Was any reason given as to why TA was scratched?

Cueto started to lose it a little bit around the 6th inning his last time out. Lucky for him, KC sucks at hitting. The Yankees don't though.

Fire Menechino already. He sucks!

Third time through the heart of the order. This is the key here.

Cueto having to face 2-4 in the Yankees order, 3rd time through, with zero margin for error isn't great

Pitch count was higher though unless i am misremembering right? Regardless, need to be ready for the quick yank here.

The extra shimmy made Cueto cramp up.

Weather too hot and muggy for Tim to play both games so better to play him in the night game when It's cooler by TLR.

He's been excellent, but I think expecting Cueto to be more than a 5 & dive SP/twice through the order guy isn't realistic at this stage of his career

but hopefully he can get through 6 today

Get him out, don't take any chances.

What are we going to do when he 30? Maybe just play him on Sundays like Ted Lyons.

"We'll give you a shot, Cueto, but we'll be honest....you're going to have to pitch 9 innings every time out, for a shot at a win."

Holy cow, Cueto has these guys all over the place...

Now get JC some runs dammit !

You literally can't ask for more from Cueto. Great outing.
