My guess is the 3.mentioned above are porcelain dolls and won’t stay healthy. At the trade deadline Hahn will be forced to make a move or 2 if we’re in contention

I would imagine we trot him back out there, too.

After that, definitely. Hopefully we get some more runs here to make this more comfortable. This Toronto team was down 6 in the 6th yesterday and ended up winning.

Ok, then tell me where burger figures into this lineup then. DH???

Burger has earned the starting 3B job as far as I'm concerned.

Might as well get on that Big Energy Train because he's here to stay.

If he’s the regular over Leury, and keeps hitting, cool.

Rookie Oneil Cruz 6’5” SS consensus Top Ten MiLB prospect terrorizing the Cubs…for all the fantasy owners out there.

White Sox up to 21st in runs scored…big jump up the last 2-3 weeks.

Yeah I agree. I just don’t want Tony to try to wedge Moncada or Grandal in the top 5 just because they’re left handed. Figure it out more towards the bottom.

If he can stay above 200 and maintain his defense hard to argue against him unless Mendicks turnaround is for real this time.

Agreed but his defense has to show improvement

You betcha.  I'm not crazy about great clubhouse guys if that's all they are.  But if they also produce....well alright I'm in!!!

Phelps also had a 3-0 count to Abreu in Toronto and Jose grounded out eventually. Good thing he didn't get out after 2 3-0 counts.

we've had dumb injuries all year, i'm not worried about some scenario where all of them are mysteriously healthy resulting in a roster crunch

If he can actually stay healthy for 2-3 weeks.  Last year, second half, didn’t exactly set the world on fire.

Mendick has out played Garcia

JMO, but I don't want Moncada and Grandal to be off the IL until they feel as good as new. I know both have been dealing with nagging injuries all year. Just rest up and be ready for the stretch run.

Did someone give Toronto the wrong scouting reports? Their shifts have been all kinds of odd today.

Crap - Abreu looked like he pulled a hammy or something on that turn to 3rd.

man we are way more enjoyable to watch when we hit the ball and pitch well

Jose is grimacing as he's running.

Weren't his DH splits particularly horrible as well?  Some guys maintain they are better at the plate when they are in the field.

Also fair

I'm actually surprised Lynn is doing as well as he is vs this offense with the diminished stuff.
