I think Burger is part of the future, but it seems like Yermin, pitchers have figured him out and his defense needs a lot of work. He definitely has the chops to play in the majors but needs a lot work on his defense and plate discipline is needed. But is he able to move to second maybe for next year or is Sosa a lock for next year if he can produce. Jake would still have Moncada in his way a 3rd next year and we have too many DH’s. Vaughn, Abreu, Grandahl, Sheets, and OF COURSE Jimenez. Jake needs a plan or is a Moncada trade a possibility?

Sick of Abreu at 1st he is awful

This team is like watching a bad 16inch softball team. 

Nobody has any power, they are slow so it's station to station. They hit exactly where the pitcher wants them to.

The defense makes no plays out of the ordinary but makes errors and does dumb things. 

On occassion a couple really good players show up and they win a game every now and then but said players never come back because rest of the team sucks. 

 

 

Burger another double play ball with bases loaded.  Can anyone get the ball up in the air? Burger not delivering with the bat doesn’t make up for his horrible defense at 3B.
