  • Yet he still stays in the game. No wonder these assholes never learn, there’s no accountability unless you homer on a 3-0 pitch

  • Tim Anderson took that a bit too literally

Gio lost his fastball command again.

I would love to know how you just lose 2-3 mph so quickly

Too bad he can't play rightfield.

Shhhhhhhhhh Tony might hear you, after all he played Fisk in LF, Fisk had rarely played outfield before and was there for only 31 games, during which he made 4 errors.

Danny Almonte can throw harder.

The Yaz hate is really something here.

Where’s our 8 to 5 triple play?

Giolito might have lowest league average FB of starters in AL than anyone but Bundy and maybe Cueto.

Cueto throws 93-94 fairly often. Don't know what his average is though.

Great , get back in the game and 2 walks to open the inning. Need the GB DP badly.

Too bad the Sox aren't hitting

Giolito is ass. Pull him before he gives the game away.

Daza is way too fast to turn 2 on.

Offense comes back to get Lucas and the team back in the game and this asshole is ready to give it all back.

Keuchel 2.0

Warming up your closer in the 4th is ballsy

Dreaded spidertack and long Covid rationalizations.

If this keeps up they have to non-tender him. He’s not starter caliber with his current stuff.

Neither is Lynn. Kopech has his issues missing bats. Sox SP is only slightly better than Minnesota's.

Don't hang another slider to Blackmon

Lynn looked way better last start and he has the injury recovery excuse at least

They aren’t non-tendering him because of one bad year and with a likely sub $10M salary…that’s absolutely ridiculous.

To be fair, Tony was 100% against Fisk in the outfield. That was a big reason Tony ultimately was fired.

I still think it was the short shelf life of the new pitching mechanics.

Calm down we're not that bad if this staff stays healthy.

We are getting from Cueto what we expected from Gio, or vice versa.

Parkman hasn't asserted we should  decline arbitration to him quite yet, though.

Kopech also has the knee and dead-arm excuse.  Better than any excuse Giolito has.

NEVER IN DOUBT

Huge.

True, but if the Sox are serious about 2023-24 they need to go get Musgrove this winter.
