We are in a pennant race and we need to go all out.  Relievers had to be up starting the 6 th.  Need to protect the lead in this game.  TLR is too formulaic, he has relievers assigned to innings. And don’t want to deviate.  Diekmann had to come in for the lefty batters.  No urgency.
