I suspect that KW will do  some cleaning this offseason - but I doubt it goes deep enough.
But put someone new in  KW's position, and the house will get cleaned.

The offense is there to make the playoffs, Tony has mismanaged lineup construction all season and not put guys in positions to succeed, he has also not played guys for literally no reason or the dumbest reasons in the world

The bullpen is there to make the playoffs but Tony has mismanaged the pen all year, not bringing in the right guys, not pitching the elite relievers in win situations that result in losses, etc

The fielding has been mismanaged as well

Its starts and ends with TLR,  there is nothing a different manager could have done differently when handcuffed as bad as Hahn as been or forced to get every move approved my morons above him like KW and JR

I blame JR for not firing RH.   I doubt KW could fire Hahn if he wanted.

And the Bears would have been much better off keeping Ditka around than what replaced him.
