9/9 White Sox @ Athletics

The Sox will quickly remind you why they are only a .500 team.

They have to hope they can at least split this series and hope the Twins can win their next two.

3 times in last 7 games now that the offense just didn’t show up.  Completely inexcusable

The only thing sadder than watching this game is listening to Len & Gordo.

This is what .500 teams do nightly I agree

Wtf was that Yoan?  His swing still sucks as a lefty.

We are going to get no hit by the damn A's

Moncada striking out in that AB was probably the least surprising thing to happen this entire game.

Bring back LaRussa!

Seems like a good reason for Tony to return

This is why your a 3rd place team on September 9th beyond absurd vs Oakland

Maybe then they'll fire Menechino?

Seems to be a pattern. When they win a laugher, they immediately get laughed at the next game.

This team needs a retooling in the offseason.

Jesus 55 pitches through 6?

I have yet to understand why he bats 2nd.  That use to be the move the lead off hitter over.

Yep, no good ABs. Swinging at anything and everything

2nd is where you put the best hitter in your lineup in modern thinking. Gets the 2nd most at bats per game plus runners on from the lead off hitter in front of him.

What’s that - is there a no hitter going on…a no hitter….really a no hitter…

Just turned the game on the mlb app. Here comes the comeback

Lucas continues to be the weak link.

6th best starter, behind Davis Martin.

Honestly the broadcast fits the game pretty well in a we’re all half asleep sort of way.

This would be so much the 2022 White Sox to score 14 one night and get no hit the next by the Oakland friggen A's.

The funniest thing is that Connor McKnight said this replacement pitcher would be out of the game in the first 2-3 innings, lol.

Yes let’s see if this gets through 7.
