Diekman was trash before the Sox traded for him.  And the Sox chose to sign Kelly knowing he was hurt.  Both horrendous moves at the time they were made.

Just as a final f*** you to the fans, there is basically no security so getting in is impossible. Lines stretch all the way back to cork and kerry.

Diekman is flat out brutal same as Kelly. Simply incredible how often player after player after player who comes to the Sox simply goes right down the toilet. It started with Keppinger and basically hasn't stopped.

They should hit Baez in the ribs every at bat tomorrow. That would get me to watch.

Kelly is better than Diekman but that is not much to tell, they both have sucked.

It was shameful how the Sox let Baez embarrass them in this series.  The memo was not circulated that we should not throw anything close to a strike to Baez even if it hits him.  In agreement to pitch him “inside, way inside” tomorrow.

My goodness. The White Sox cannot beat Central Division teams. Embarrassing.

Some of the Sox top picks going back to KW were really bad at baseball.  The biggest problem with the organization is scouting.  While new ownership would likely be the answer but anyone in ownership would have to be willing to gut the organization.  I would not think that is any easy task.  Loyalty over performance is the White Sox.  They also created a fan base that believes in hiring former players.

If JR would just let Marco Paddy do his job, he's one guy with a really good reputation but they concentrate on older guys like Colas and Cespedes because to sign a 16 yr old you might have to have an eye on them when the are 14 and 15 and there's little doubt JR doesn't want any part of that and the Sox have suffered because of it.

This team and franchise is a mess, I don't know how anyone can fix it with too many bad contracts.

Great homestand.

Let's see Keppinger goes back to 2103.

Common dominators:

Jerry Reinsdorf

Kenny Williams

Rick Hahn

And it won't stop until these three clowns are gone!

By any remote chance, were you perhaps referring to Diekman as "BRUTAL" for this reason?

in 22 Sox games this year, the 35 yr old Diekman = W-L - 0-3 / ERA 7.31 - (13 ER's in 16 innings) / 25 Hits / 10 BB's?

Note: He gave up more runs than the 16, due to coming in relief and not holding his inning free of any further runs, which unfortunately did not get attached to him!

WTG Hahn! Another one of your brilliant trades during this 6 year trainwreck rebuild! Proof on this Diekman trade: Go check on Reese McGuire's batting stats since he was traded away to Boston!

This team is so horrible… and I’m starting to enjoy it.

It’s a train wreck you can’t look away from. Just want them to lose out and be humiliated and embarrassed.

I’m just glad I’m not obligated to start the next GT.
