And Romy although had an RBI on a SF, has not had a hit since April 27 th.  The bottom of our lineup is populated by automatic outs.

to be fair to romy, and yes its been a terrible year, he's been on the IL for a lot of that

I hate the fact that Grifol has Crochet up right now. He is committed to using him for one batter in the 8th inning. No way they develop him as a starter.

Part me wants to see him get a shot at the minimum.

It's the Royals, sure, but they hammered the Sox in their park. This is also the best I've seen Kopech look since pre-TJ. If we get anything close to this guy going forward I feel a lot better about the rotation.
