I'm not saying they were going to be good but this team is just unprepared. That's on Pedro, he and montoyo can go. 

Fire Grifol so at the very least you can HOPEFULLY get the dead cat bounce and right the ship even a little bit. You can't have him around once the younger guys start showing up in July.

Funny thing I was thinking of is they also had the worst ST record.  Yeah, there’s a huge lack of talent that just so happens to have a terrible leader.
