2nd. I got 2 under 19 months because i love pain. I didn't take leave right away this time, so gonna enjoy the time more with the little dude since he's more active.

Nice. I had my first last July and I split mine up. Took 3 weeks off while my wife was out for 12 and then I took my other 3 when she went back. Might do it different next time but the play might be to have the second one around this time next year. We will see if that happens though.

Meidroth probably has a better shot at being a regular. Baldwin just doesn't have a carry skill, and he's light in a lot of areas.

This team badly needs Sosa and Vargas to become MLB regulars. I have faith Sosa will do it, but it's scary to think we're relying on that. Relying, meaning we don't have other contenders on this roster to he even everyday regulars imo.

I don’t think you need a true carrying skill to be a ~2 win player.  Baldwin may not be tooled up in any one area, but he’s solid average or better across the board and that’s highly valuable when you can play all over the field.  I think his ceiling is Tommy Edman with a bit less defense.  This is isn’t a dig at you, but not sure a lot of Sox fans know how to value him since we haven’t had a ton of players that fit his profile.  That being said, he’s the exact type of guy who an org like the Dodgers would he all over.

Irish twins, get all that pain done quickly lol

They will like each other until they’re about 11, then hate each other for ten years, and then be best friends

Something I’ve noticed on the broadcasts early on is Schriffen has clearly toned it down. But it’s almost to the point where he’s overly restrained.

Not really a criticism because I think it’s cool he’s actively trying to get better, but just found it interesting.

He's just awful. He hasn't gotten any better at home run calls or much else imo.

I will never not have Gordon Beckham flashbacks when that play happens.

Gordon actually a good defender but everyone remembers him for that play. That was true WTF moment

He does seem less annoying so far. Couldn't stand him last year

After the first game he went "Southside, stand up!" in a kind of playful tone that got a laugh out of me.

Lord knows I was part of the lambast Schriffen train last year, but like you said, kudos to him for trying.
