Although I would have enjoyed watching Luis get on a heater somewhere else and carry a team further than they deserved to go -- since I watch other teams play much more than the Sox these days. Pretty sure they didn’t scratch him from his start yesterday because they intend to extend him. They want to trade him. Regardless, I can’t imagine Houser wouldn’t just wait for free agency rather than accept what would likely be a team friendly extension offer from the Sox.
