I'm watching Foul Territory and they've mentioned almost every available starter but  Houser, is it possible we just thought there was more of a market for him than there is?

They wouldn’t have scratched if there was zero interest.  Getz is clearly holding out for a certain return…whether that works out remains to be seen.

Its not collusion.  If Houser is like the 6th most desirable SP on the market and 1-2 SPs have been moved, what is he supposed to do?  Force the other teams to want Houser over Gore?

I'm sure you'd be real forgiving if he just started giving guys away.

Mike Soroka was traded yesterday.

When everyone is making moves and youre not, it's likely you misread the market and valued your guys incorrectly. Thats just my opinion of course. Hahn had a couple of those!

Yes, its on hom. Its his job to determine if the return is worth the trade.

Just because a bunch of people on a posting board want it done doesn't mean its always the right thing.

The jury is still out on Getz. Well know on a couple of years.

C'mon, Getz is a mediocre to bad GM. Yes, he made a lot of internal changes to improve how the Sox operate, but so would ANY GM that came into the Sox FO once they saw how poorly it was being run. Getz continues to prove he folds around the deadline and can't play with the big boy GM's of the league. They call his bluff.

With this logic, there is no way Alex Call could have been traded before LRJ.. oh wait..

Everyone making moves?  Bieber, Soroka, and a few minutes ago, Kelly have been dealt.  What other SPs have moved?

We'll see if he can build the team. That will be the proof.

Zack Littell, JP Sears.

Even Bailey Falter is getting dealt.

JP Sears, Kolek, Zack Littell off the top of my head and I guess some think Mason Miller.

Additionally, yes everyone is making moves. There have been many moves today. The White Sox are probably the #1/2 Candidate in baseball to be a seller. They should be selling anything they have for whatever they can get.

Falter has crummy metrics, years of team control remaining, and went to a non-contender. That's a developmental play, more of the kind of the thing the Sox would be receiving rather than dealing
