672 ops continues to climb

Quero better start hitting the ball in the air against RHP.  I don’t see how he doesn’t end up in a platoon.

I like the idea of going after Mead, but is he just another undersized corner guy with limited power?

I get real tired of Hot Dogs like the Seattle LF, who just has to show up the pitcher whenever he hits one out. I know young guys like it, but there are a lot of great players in the Hall who would never have pulled that s%*#.  Ryne Sandberg is one.

Luis has been impressive in both ABs today.

Full count both times, reached both times (BB and 2B), 16 pitches seen and only 2 whiffs.

He did not look physically impressive. Looked a lot like Vaughn imo

Shane Smith has at least looked good today.  Glad to see him looking like he did early this year after the break.

That was me yesterday...before it got bad (but then the Sox caught up a little bit).

Taylor and Robert with pretty similar ops numbers....Taylor at season high of 692.

Seems like they made the right choice to keep him. He will be more valuable in the offseason at this rate.

I have seen Mead hit 4 times and every time he has gone to right field
