I don’t get the bunt, the pitcher’s getting hammered and you bunt. My guess Venable called for the bunt because you know Baldwin wants to swing the bat. I’m not a fan Venable.

i wonder if there's a weird juxtaposition of them having the young guys not steal bases to preserve their health while encouraging Robert to steal bases to increase his value. this pitcher and catcher can be easily ran on. and there's one lol 

The Sox camera crew does a bad job of locating HRs. I can never tell where the ball lands because they don’t zoom in - even on the replay.

And Schriffen still can’t identify a HR off the bat.

He doesn't even have a half assed signature call. Come on man, how much time does it even take in the offseason to come up with something? Use AI for all I care, but give us something other than generic "it's hit deep...".

My guess there will be some intense work going on in the off season but I like Meidroth at 2B, let’s go with Sosa at third.

The eye test certainly hasn’t been great for him on defense. What do the advanced metrics say about his defense at 2B?

I bet Vargas gets first shot at third if there is anybody else who can play first and hit a little bit. Meidroth might be utility/sitter. Lot can change, of course.
