  • Vasil is the best reliever. They use him tonight in a lost cause, and don't use him last night when there was a game to be saved.

Based on Dan Hayes revising the story afterwards to maintain his access to the team...

  • It's almost like he doesn't have the ability to spot talent.

This is pathetic

It’s time to move some of these bullpen guys down and bring up some hot hands in AA/AAA. Cycle until you find some guys who can bring competitive innings regularly

Yep, some of these guys are pointless now

Yes, clearly the answer is “it’s a conspiracy”

What should have been a series win yesterday turned into this. Why is colson sitting again?

Oh look, pitching one of our better relievers in a blowout.

that might be the last we see of tyler gilbert

And thus starts the next White Sox pitching scoreless innings streak.

Vasil is the best reliever. They use him tonight in a lost cause, and don't use him last night when there was a game to be saved.

I'm thinking that will be more disappointment and expose how overrated the farm system is in pitching.

I often wonder if Ishbia would ever keep Katz and maybe some other coaches in the farm system.

Trading actual prospects for Gilbert and Booser was moronic in retrospect.

I look forward to Civale not being on this team

You never know.  It's that suck factor the organization might adore.  It's a way of waiting for young arms to be stretched out who then will probably get traded if they are good.

I wouldn't be shocked if 2026 is another 100 loss season.

MAT 0 for last 21

they need to stick with dumpster diving.  It is what they do best.

Not expecting any wins vs NYY.

Who else you like Ray Ray. Name me some relief pitchers.

If you'd like, im happy to add under the radar arms who have unique skill sets that ive identified and liked.

Admittedly Ragans and Bergert have been huge wins for me personally as they had low price tags but I obviously miss on plenty as well. I dont spend much time on relievers admittedly as they dont fit my strategy, but im happy to bring these guys up when I see them. Not sure what it'll do though.

Ironically enough, I think cannon could have some helium as a reliever as he has two plus pitches if he can work on his pitch shape and release repeatability I think you could possibly get something there.

unbelievable isn't even the right word

Getting boatraced by the Royals again makes me want to flush the whole organization. I realize I've expressed positivity this season regarding the Sox, but darn it, these losses to KC are ridiculous. Nights like this make me want to puke. Two seasons in a row now I have only watched highlights, no MLB.com, so at least I have that going for me. 12-1. You must be kidding me. KC blows and we lose like that to them ... again??

p.s. the sox win probability was 65 percent after Beni's homer. What a worthless stat is win probability.

Royals are really starting to square up Civale

Sox have had more no name stiffs like Civale the last few tank seasons than in their entire previous history. Name after name of crummy ballplayers. We go through players like Elizabeth Taylor went thru husbands. ... Civale needs to say sayonara.
