He's a team player!

Chase played a good amount of SS and 3B in the minors and Sam played some 3B. Should never have to start Acuna unless absolutely necessary or move Colson off SS.

Sandlin, of course, was fantastic.   He was never in any trouble tonight; Next time, some balls will fall in.  I didn’t realize that his “stuff” was this good (couldn’t tell from the stats). Rely on that stuff and throw strikes.

I didn’t see tonight’s lineup as a B lineup: the big dogs were still there and the lineup benefitted big from some addition by subtraction.
