I'd think unless he makes a rehab start before July 2nd they hold him out until after the ASB. You're only talking a difference of 3-4 games with or without him and giving him the extra week makes sense.

Very fair - I'll accept him back right after the all star break and you are probably right in terms of ramp up. Part of me liked if he could get back, than you let him rest a bit, so it kind of gives a good in between. Feels like he is trending to being back soon - you can also ease him in at DH for a bit too.
