Fully agree…seems like some posters here appear to understand platooning less than Rick Hahn did. That being said, Murakami & Colson have both been fantastic against LHP and replacing them with Gonzalez & Acuna hurts a lot.

These past two innings show why I’m concerned for the upcoming series. Top level teams will bury us if they are given extra outs and extra bases like this.

It’s been rare for us to see sloppy play out of the boys and it needs to get cleaned up right quick.

For sure…but right now he’s arguably the best we have against RHP.

This team has a lot to learn still.

They’re a young team. They need to make these mistakes this year. Next year (whenever that happens) will be the one to play for.
