So, like, modern era sox.2021 we were 5 or so games over .500. 2012, 1 game under.2010 chase -> 3 games over .5002008 -> 2 games over2006 -> 8 games under .5002005 -> 8 games over .500, nearly consumed by CLE2003 -> 41-27 probably our most second-half team. Took over the KCR in august before fading to twins2002 -> 4 games over2000 -> 5 games over (1st half dominance)1998 - 45-31So the last 23 years we've never had this big second half dominance. We have a lot of what we've seen so far, hanging really tough. But meanwhile the guardians and twins, tigers and royals have had very memorable scorchers.The performances I saw this weekend makes me think we could go on a run, but that's where some of this comes from. Feels like we'll be clawing around .500 and hoping to hang on - I wanted some big guns.

1 hour ago1 hr If the idea was to not move any of our big names in the minors, but to try and find some help out there, mission accomplished. Bart, bullpen help, Castillo are ok to me. The terrible Doyle move is the only one I think was completely offcourse.
