The Teel exercise thing is the dumbest controversy ever. Looks like the perfect exercise for baseball IMO, the whole challenge in baseball is that you constantly have to go from 0 to 100%. Need to train the kinds of movements you're going to do on the field. If he was doing max weight squats, that's what would scare me.

Could be.

Meanwhile, the Sox have looked good against DeGrom getting a lot of contact.

I wonder if Plesac will be the replacement when Stone retires.

Sam is so fun to watch

He’s really impressive. Hopefully perfect leadoff hitter vs RHP for this window.

His left one stuck on the pivot, and then popped out of the dirt.

It’s crazy too because I was watching the game with hi8is Sr. and had been telling him about Burger and his achilles woes from years past.

Not more than a couple minutes later Teel is limping off the field.

Yea, that's what I saw as well.

Home plate area looked like a mud pit. WTF?

Teel would have been a perfect catcher for the previous window.

I didn't see that. That would definitely put more torque on his Achilles.

Fedde has to hold them this inning.

So disappointing. Hopefully it isn't the case. They were definitely feeling whether his achilles was torn though.

That is funny and sad and infuriating and gross and true and makes me want to cry.

Teel's throw cutting down a runner at third was a key play in the game. Damn...

Hard to look at the play and see how anything could have been hurt besides achilles or calf. Trainer was 100% administering the on-field test that you do for achilles tear. Don't know what the trainer felt but there was no debate about whether Kyle would be staying in the game.

I don’t think he tore his Achilles based on his reaction. Guys who suffer that injury crumple to the ground in pain. He didn’t do that. It did look like he’s going to miss some serious time, though.

Let's hope Will putting Teel in front of Braden in the lineup tonight doesn't come back to haunt us

Best case outcome for the next two hours:

1.) White Sox win this game

2.) During the broadcast we get an update placing Teel as day to day with a diagnosis that isn’t catastrophic

3.) White Sox win this game

4.) Romo has two or more productive at bats

Romo about to hit a bomb.

Homie was in so much pain I don’t think that was ever a debate.

Yeah, looking back I feel like Teel tore his achilles. He couldn't put any weight on the leg, they were feeling the Achilles after. He's gone for a long time.

f*** man.
