That was a nail biter, playoff atmosphere ball game. I am proud of the fight the Sox put up, I love this team.

That dumb send home cost us the game. And it could have been a huge momentum builder had you won it. Jirschele should head south back to Charlotte and not west back to Chicago.

Other teams have struggled in this area. The D'Backs has this issue last year and MCann was playing AA, It worked out for them.

Funny how all of us felt this team was strong at catcher in the offseason.

If Teel had been healthy all year it probably would have made quite a difference.

Teel and Bart should be a pretty good tandem next year providing Teel’s injuries don’t have a lasting effect on him, being young, he should be OK.

What a game!

Number10 is just a baseball player, every aspect of the game.

Catchers are killing this team and the GM refuses to do anything about it

They need to swallow their pride and bring up Korey Lee.

It's nice to care again so much about a game... And it also sucks.

Will say that the teams that have gone on historic runs in the season aren't able to maintain them in the postseason. A's and Guardians come to mind.

Seattle too? Didn't they win almost 120 games one year and lose in the playoffs?

2000 or 2001

Yes. 116, I think.

2007 Rockies also come to mind. Their heater got them all the way to the WS before the spell broke.

Not with my left arm in this bulky brace for six weeks.

Peters and Braden are not worth watching or playing. We have been scammed.

FYI, Rockies won NL pennant in 4 straight. Boston not only needed 7 games to clinch, they had a few rainouts. Rox were off about 10 days. So much for your heater, whatever that means.
