Not feeling great about this one. We are giga cheeks against pitchers who have their command or their stuff and Williams has been good lately. Coupling that with poorly timed slumps for our 3 most important hitters, looks like the odds are against us today.

Be nice if we could get out of the first inning without giving up runs.

This team has a knack for losing 2 games then winning the next 2. This ain't a 4 game series though so we need to act like we lost 2 already.

Oh and we know for sure Smith and/or McDougal are gonna be thrown in today, Venable loves doing that. And if this game is close that is a tough tough spot to have your first career appearance.
