Man Castillo could prove to be a masterful deadline pickup if he pitches like this down the stretch.

Clearly Seattle had no idea what they had, piggyback, lol.

I'm not sure why they had him completely ditch his change up. It was his best pitch with the Reds.

If this is the Castillo we get the rest of the year a lot of you will be eating sweet, sweet crow.

6-4 to the ninth

runner scored on Smith WP

Chris Getz apology thread

Castillo with an absolute baller performance.

HOLY s%*# WHAT A FUCKIN START!

What a performance!

If it wasn't for a cheap hit by Stewart in the 1st, he'd have a no hitter thru 7.

Castillo stuntin on these hoes with the superhero pose

Castillo and Romo as today’s MVPs??

Hell yeah Castillo! Using that change up more really helped him out

Now score more so McDougal can finally pitch lol

Can we not?

If Sox make the postseason, sure.

C'mon, Hawk was great too. It's not a slight at Schriff to compare him to Hawk.

Schriff does not measure up to Hawk and his hawkerisms. You can put it on the board Yes! ; grab some bench. ;can of corn 🌽; you can cancel the post game show, amongst others. The Hawk is irreplaceable. IMO.

So, why wasn't he throwing his change in Seattle?

His calls are unironically things you'd hear frequently in the old frat house during my college days. "LET'S GO" and "YEAH BUDDY"

Schriffen really adds nothing to the broadcast but noise. Everything he says is flimsy and/or fluffy stuff a wife might say just to feel part of the conversation. He needs to go.

Clearly we made some sort of adjustment. His change up was nowhere near that good in his Boston start and was rated as his worst pitch when he was on the Mariners.

Can I hold you to this?

Crazy how that was the change the Sox made. They even mentioned it before tonight's game. Simply having him throw more changeups.
