First at bat against the Cubs a 449 ft3 run homer, followed by 2 more homers, a major league record for a first time call up. He was a second rounder. Matthew Boyd was the victim. 5 Cubs gopher balls today so far.

I've wanted a vet backup C all year since McGuire was released, hope they keep Rogers on the roster when Teel comes back. I'd rather have Rogers than Bart personally

Cant steal, cant bunt, cant move runners over.We are a homer ball team, which is OK in a homer friendly Rate park, but when we don’t hit homers, we struggle. Would help to improve our small ball, particularly during Manfred ball extras. IMO.

I checked out very fast those two seasons, feeling burned from the TA7, Eloy, Yoan, LuisR bust

I checked out very fast those two seasons, feeling burned from the TA7, Eloy, Yoan, LuisR bustI'm a huge Chicago sports guy. Love the bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and Sox. Followed them all since I was very young but Sox are easily my favorite out of them all. Maybe I've mellowed as I age but I feel very lucky to have seen a Superbowl winner , all the Bulls and Blackhawks championships and even a White Sox Championship. That's 11 Champions ! (12 if you count the Cubs. Growing up it was like Chicago didn't have a Champion since the 1961 Blackhawks and 1963 Bears both of which I was too young to remember and the Bears broke the ice in 1986As a sports fan and Chicago fan in particular., I feel so blessed. I just can't get all worked up about the bad things although I do save most of my ire towards ownership.
