September 6Sep 6 How does this work. Can a team tell a player he’s injured even if he isn’t and does the mean Pham is being complicit if he agreed without being injured. Not saying he’s not injured but if he isn’t I would imagine he would tell them to go (blank) themselves?

Can Romo come back or is it too soon?

We have no idea about the inner workings or inside info on Pham's life. Maybe someone dear to him is very ill and he could use the MLB insurance plan. I really don't think you know what you think you know as is the case with most fans. And if Getz actually made a mistake then he quickly fixed it . Don't see a problem.
September 6Sep 6 Pham is a psycho and I doubt he'd fake an injury with his career on fumes. And the risk:reward for the Sox to fake an injury for so litlle benefit doesn't make much sense. I'm curious why they didn't activate the beloved Drew Romo.

Don't see a problem.I don't really have a problem with picking up Urquidy and Castillo. If one of those guys turns into Fedde, that works. Brazoban - I wouldn't call that a bad trade. Looked good on paper, could still work out. Joey Bart was a good pickup. Doyle, he is an elite defensive CF. Pereira wasn't. Pereira can't stay healthy. Mason Adams and Boston Smith is what guys cost. I think it's silly to listen to what Getz said they were going to do, see the moves he made that were pretty much what they said, then come to the conclusion that he's "flailing" because two guys are injured, and another two are struggling/working through changes.

September 6Sep 6 According to Jeff Agrest of the Sun-Times:"Outfielder Tommy Pham has one at-bat in one game with the White Sox since being acquired Aug. 31, but the team put him on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a strained left calf. Pham’s IL stint is retroactive to Sept. 3, the day after he appeared as a pinch hitter."

Maybe there's a fraction that gets him over the line for some benefit, which would be thoughtful.
