Quite Frankly if they trade Vargas in the office season I won't shed a tear

All three of their supposed stars are falling apart down the stretch.

This team is allergic to hitting with runners on base. It is sad

At least the runs are unearned. But still now Sandlin stands to lose. Crazy

Sandlin could have left the game up 1-0 in the 8th and the bullpen would still figure out how to lose the game

I dont understand going to Murphy there. Either leave Sandlin in or get one of your big arms in there.

Used your big arms yesterday to get the win and you need them for Cleveland.

not with out big guns out there

Now that it’s a certainty that this team will be going into Cleveland with only a half game lead, we doomsayers don’t look like doomsayers anymore but instead the polished baseball observers that we are. It is a shame though

Having an inning like that has been so fitting for these past 2 weeks. Guy on 3rd, nobody out, they don't get him in. Then we boot a routine grounder and give up a lead.

Would have been a great time for Hagen

Cmon peters what was that

Come on Sox - battle back! Let’s go.

One thing I love about the Sox bullpen: they are awesome at striking out the guy AFTER they fail to get the guy they needed to get out.

Can't go back to back probably

not after two yesterday

Gotta lead the league

We all knew 1 run wouldn't win this game. Sandlin pitched great, these numbnuts gotta wake TF up and put up some runs

How does a guy like Chase K so much. Terrible approach

You would have thought last night would have cleared their heads and maybe loosened them up a bit again, like they have been all year. Nope.

Ron totally vindicated once again. Correct about Sandlin.

Maybe save this for after the start.

Ron ronned himself on this one.

Felt like he did that s%*# on purpose.

Let’s look for a positive here:

There is no longer be any question that Sandlin should be pitching in Castillo’s spot the rest of the year.

No reasonable reason we should see Castillo again.

Left out eird

Just checked the box score and I see that Murakami is still an automatic out, but let's just keep him running him out in the cleanup spot Will. Are they afraid of hurting his feelings by moving him down in the lineup? He constantly comes up in run producing spots and does nothing.

17 to go

I never thought you were a doomsayer, I just thought you were a quitter p****. Still do!
