I feel like I'd rather give him a day off against righties since the lineup seems better against RHP than it does LHP. Plus, Colson has hit lefties well.

But look at Walker Jenkins' MN line.

He has been an overall Top 10-15 milb prospect for three years now.

We also already know Bonemer has a high propensity to striking out in High A and AA.

Maybe all the young players will start to relax a little bit?

It's not as much a move of desperation like it would have felt with a loss Monday night...but it does make Wed more interesting.

The thing we all said was that they absolutely couldn't afford to get swept. Well, that has been avoided for now. Pressure is back on CLE 100%.

But other than that, it is totally the same.

With this line-up we better try to manufacture runs by stealing bases, bunting, moving guys along, take the extra base. Put pressure on the Guardians.......their defense is suspect.

And you really want to add on to the pressure by throwing him into a major league outfield in the heart of a pennant race after just two weeks' experience playing there?

He would likely have to be 3B or SS...or DH.

You also can't just throw him in at LF or RF with almost zero game experience aside from cf.

And don't think they're ready to bench Kolson at this point...or play Meidroth/Acuna at SS with Bonemer at third and Mune benched for Vargas, either.

Well yeah, Jenkins has spent his entire career in CF playing at a GG level and Bonemer has spent all of 7-10 days in AA.
