Newcomb is toast

The whole bullpen is because the starters can’t go more than 4 and Will uses guy for too long as well. Schultz could’ve given them length tonight but I’m sure they are afraid to use him or have him planned for innings tomorrow.

The reality is the playoffs have already started for the Sox. They have to play and manage all 9 of these just like that is the case. And if they do make the playoffs having to play with that pressure

They turn Sears into a Willis tonight. Sox win comfortably.

Newcomb has to be gassed. I don’t blame him. I blame our mid-season acquisitions more.

Shane Smith pitching like an unprotected 40-man/Rule 5 guy to some extent

Might not even finish over .500

Was watching Brother Rice blow out Notre Dame Niles and turned back to this game to completely lose my boner.

Now out of challenges, great.

Every single pitching decision Venable seems to make turns to crap.

Good night ladies.

Bullpen is worn out. Starters/bulk have given them nothing. When is last time a guy completed 6 innings? Castillo in his second start?

I think I saw that it was August 21

three games like this from Tuesday through Friday

might be a relief not to have to watch anymore

just painful

This game is far from over, but in general dropping some of these recent games because your best relievers give up runs is...I don't know. Doesn't frustrate me as much as some other ways you can lose. It concerns me about the near future but I'm not sure what you can do when the opponent beats your best guys. Hope it gets figured out ASAP.

Got to love bringing in lefties to face all the righties

You had a boner watching high school boys?

Lol. I'm surprised at all. Sandlin is not a legit Prospect. This team sucks.

This has loss written all over it now.

Come on Teel

This is sad

Let Acuna pitch. Games lost anyway. Guardians are really enjoying their cold ones now. We are a couple of games past the TIPPING point anyway.

Newcomb sucks now

That wasn’t even close

This team also has been making some truly terrible 2 strike pitches for a while now

No, just a Bonemer.

This team is choking so hard
