2 games are not guaranteed... hopefully there's just one

It can’t be overstated how big stealing a game Messick started in CLE. Seriously huge advantage in this series.

Will has been on fire. Really well managed ballgame. Props to the staff!

Man this team is playing well.

Sidenote: re the title, I'm rooting for 1 game in Chicago.

We are the team of fucking destiny.

Taylor is out for game 2, right? Maybe 1 inning at most.

The vibes were so bad in CLE. Can't imagine that happening to the Sox at the Rate on Wed.

Their offense sucks. It always has. We're just the better team despite blowing that rochio game and the division.

Loved hearing the "LETS GO WHITE SOX" from the crowd!

Your Chicago White Sox are through 3 road playoff games and have yet to trail. Remarkable. You can see their confidence growing with every inning.

Winning a road start against Messick is so huge for the series.

Fantastically pitched game. A gust of wind away from a 6-0 final, which would be in line with the ~6.5 rungs/game output we've seen from the offense since the final 10 games of the regular season.

Huge Game 1 Sox win on the road to stun the Tribe!

Taylor, Murakami, Smith, Colson, Vargas and the rest of the pen were awesome!

Having a day off between games is huge as well as outside of Smith and Taylor, no one was overly taxed today.

Good to see the Big 3 starting to heat up at the right time.

They just imposed their will on the Guardians, every time they threatened they got shut down. Nothing they are doing right now is by the book, normal, a regular gameplan, but it’s working.

f*** those sign stealing mother fuckers!!!! Letssssss gooooooooo!!!!!!!!

This is fun. Mune and Vargas were awful in HOU but both stepped up today, Colson's ABs looked a lot better today, besides the walks the pitching looked great

quite possibly revolutionizing how teams approach playoff games pitching wise when they don't have an ace.

LETS GOOOOOO!

Can you imagine hearing an audible "Let's go" chant for the opposing team in the first game of the division series multiple times?

I think the guy in the Wizard hat guaranteeing an ass-kicking inspired something in the Guards.

Listened to the last inning on some AM station in upstate NY. Had to do some yard work. Love how I went to Wally world here in Rochester with a Sox shirt and I see 4 different people with Sox gear. So cool

LETS FUCKING GO

Cle fans should stay home in protest.

Grant Taylor should get the Cy Young award for that performance today, just unbelievable.

The low strikeout philosophy can win regular season games, but EVERYONE strikes out in the postseason.

The Guards batters have the lowest K/9 in MLB since 2022 in the regular season. Then they make the postseason and are middle of the pack (11th out of 21 teams, not counting this year), striking out just like everyone else.

Their runs/game drop so much in October compared to the regular season, because it's hard to string together those slap hitting rallies when managers are aggressively going to the pen for matchups instead of planning for 162.

Just listened to a postgame radio interview with Teel and the LGWS chants were still going (and loud!)

1) I was under the impression the TV announcers were pulling for Cleveland. 2) One game down, 2 games to go. 3) The White Sox Are Coming, Tra La, Tra La!!!!
