2 runs in 5 innings isn't exactly horrible. 20 plus men left on, now thats horrid. I chalk this up to our offense failing to execute.

This is the type of game where Ozzie needs to remind the team that 2005 is over. We're a great team, but there's no guarantees in sports.

Thanks for the compliment. Like you say, as long as all of our players are healthy come the postseason, we'll be fine.

 

Disclaimer: In no way am I giving up on this season already. I have no problem going 1-2 in our first series. I just don't like seeing Garcia throw change-ups for fastballs, bullpen's blowing lead, and Pods being ineffective.
