I sure hope Javy throws a lot of strikeouts and ground balls.....that could be the worst outfield defense in the history of baseball (and I honestly don't think I'm kidding).

My stomach made one of those weird gurgling sounds when I read that. I'm happy about Cintron, but that OF is gonna be terrible.

I wish Ozuna would have started in left.

Well, Righties are hitting .201 against Padilla, and lefties are hitting .345 against him.

Yeah, well BA cant hit lefties. Plus I worry about the break taking him out of the rythmn he has started to gain.

Well, now that this is the game thread, let me just say:

 

Give em Jell, Javy.

I don't care if lefties are hitting .800 off of him. With Gload and Pods out there put anderson in center to even if out. The 'D' could get ugly.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a defensive lineup that bad in ChiSox history....and I saw Carl Everett in CF in person, so thats saying alot..

 

 

At least the ever-hot Pods is starting though! Why not put Mack in LF, Anderson in CF...let the kid play Ozzie, quit running out these "B" game outfields.

Man, some of you guys have little confidecne in this team. I hope they light it up tonight.
