Red Cubs are off today, so we can make up a half game.

Tigers start a series against the now fight-fiesty Rangers.

Minnesota with one more against CLE, trying to sweep.

And we have the Royals, at home, with Buerhle on the mound.

Um... WIN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark will win or lose this game in the first two innings. We'll know right away which Mark is on the hill. Hopefully the one who gets lit up and loses the game in a matter of 3 minutes and 8 pitches stays home today.

Mark looked pretty damn good through 5 innings in his last outing but basically lost it in the 6th though he did manage to make it through the innings. I'm not so sure it's so cut and dry with Buehrle anymore.

Hit the f***ing ball, catch the f***ing ball, throw the f***ing ball. Its a simple game.

This is the royals. Lets salvage a split for the love of all that is holy. Lets stop making crappy pitchers look good. At least its Odalis Perez, and they have heard of him. Maybe they will actually try today.

The key to todays offense is working the count, hitting line drives, playing good defense, and playing smart.

Lets not do the following, lift and pull trying to hit the Dan Ryan, kick the ball all over the field, and throw a meatball on an 0-2 count. If we can avoid this, we should be fine.

Today's Lineup

Ozuna, LF; Iguchi, 2B; Thome, DH; PK, 1B; Dye, RF; Crede, 3B; Anderson, CF; Uribe, SS; Alomar, C. Buehrle on the mound.

Anderson up to hitting 7th, Ozuna starting for the 2nd time in the series.

That's just not a very dangerous lineup against lefties. KW still has two weeks to upgrade this team.

I like this lineup. I like any lineup that dosent include. Rob Mack in it playing center field.
