I liked the good/bad pizza, but the pizza delivery boy kidnapping was bad. 3 things stood out as phenomenal in this episode 1) Dwight vs. the Computer (with Jim/Pam's prank as well) 2) "Take a chance on me" trio of signers, two coming in over speakerphone! 3) Michael calling Ryan an assf*ck!
