doubtful, thinking too much during an at-bat is about the worst thing you can do as a hitter, and i'd imagine being as intense and angry as he is, especially when he misses good pitches, that he doesn't have a million things going through his mind

I couldn't agree more. It just seems like there's no rhythm to this team so far. We should be grateful they have the record that they do, as they've not lost many games that they really SHOULD have won. We have won quite a few games that we should have lost.
