I expect f***ing winning baseball. What I am seeing right now is losing baseball - this "offense" that Guillen has a hard on for obviously isn't working. It seems like the Sox are still going to need to rely on the long ball to win. I can only hope that they dig up JD from his vacation spot and insert him into this sterile "offense."

Williams is borderline worthless if he's going to s*** his pants any decent left hander steps up.

Ozzie's infatuation with using left handed pitchers to pitch to left handed hitters is killing me. You can do it sometimes, but you can't do it ALL THE TIME!

 

Especially when the left hander you use is Randy freaking Williams. Somebody needs to tell Ozzie that Randy sucks.

Just like the rotating DH thing, I wouldn't mind this balanced approach to offense if it was filled by good players.

Wow.

We have one of the most inept offspeed hitting offenses I've seen. An abysmal defensive team at some spots. Add to that, a bullpen (sans Santos and Putz sometimes) that can't throw strikes, and boys we have a helluva team.

Absolutely a horrible play. Awful, awful, awful read and now this game is OVA!
