Yeah, we didnt actually give them Rasmus, and least not as this point. And we also dont have the prospect to get him either. So, basically you are slamming your head against the door for nothing.

This isn't really players being held "acceptable" as much as it's salary dumping because the team hasn't played well enough to draw the fans needed to cover the heavy payroll load. The players that should be held accountable (Rios, Dunn, Beckham, Pierre) won't be.

Wow, the top 3 GMs in baseball all reside in the AL east. Could you imagine if Toronto were in our division? 15 consecutive division titles would be on the horizon.
