I'm still amazed at how few of the MLB 2003 list we've actually seen.

The difference being this is a federal investigation, and not a private drug test.

I dont know if the Feds will be interested in going after buyers. Maybe CPD will, but the Feds aren't that concerned with people actually getting high.

Yeah, but if Roger Goddell gets that info, he will start suspending players without a second thought.

It means the list will be able to be FOIAd

For Sam's sake, the list he'd better have is not the one of his customers but of some big-time suppliers. Somebody is doing a bunch of years for those drugs, and the more years he can pin on bigger fish, the fewer he gets himself.

but he's more likely to get wacked

The biggest (busted) drug dealer in professional sports history... from my very own Northern Illinois University.

This is one of the best things. Better than Aaron Rowand signing with the Marlins. So perfect for this bunch of wide receivers to have one of them only doing the football thing part-time.

Which can easily get "Ongoing Investigation"'d

if that DC escort ring's list never got out I doubt this does.

No way. Nate Newton my friend. Hurd was trying to buy a large amount. Newton HAD large amounts(231 lbs and 175 lbs), twice was busted trying to drive them to dealers

It didn't get out? We at least know the Senator who was on it.

For those that watch Boss....no way Thomas Kane wasn't on this drug list!

I was going to google to make sure i was correct but i'm nervous for the results i'd get at work typing in "dc escort ring"

If he was making $20 mil a year off drugs, why the hell was he still playing football...?

His own drug habit...

He was getting weed for only 450 a pound?? f*** Thats about what an ounce costs on the street.

All of the other coke dealers in Chicago are going to make bank this holiday, NYE is the coke dealers xmas.

I'm not too terribly versed in drug trading and s*** but I'm sure that low-quality weed in Chicago is at least 1000. He was getting it in Texas, probably cheaper there.

So I guess Sam Hurd really was a possession receiver.

HEYOOOOOOOOOO

What kind of drug dealer tells everyone what he does for a living, goes to pick up his supply in person, and asks the cops back for drug money that got seized? LOL
