July 9, 201312 yr Mark Gonzalez just tweeted that Hahn and Ventura were in a closed door meeting. I posted this here because there is no catch all thread haha. Obviously, they could be meeting for any reason but this time of year it could be for many different reasons.

And if Hahn hadn't made it clear to Ventura what the main goals are at this point (putting as much make-up as you can on these players in order to trade them), then Hahn's at fault. And there clearly is no need to pitch Sale, Quintana, or Santiago over 110 pitches anymore this season (arguably, they shouldn't exceed 100). Edited July 9, 201312 yr by GreenSox
